    Adding speaker wire into tower

My tower wasn't prewired for speakers. I used the wiring for the light to pull speaker wire in. Now I am looking at the new WS rev 10's with the quick disconnect. the wire must come through the tower inside the swivel mounts. I have no idea how to get wire from the front crossbar to the rear crossbar. If I run new wiring, I would run it from the port side nearest amps instead of starboard with the tower light. Anyone have ideas on pulling this off?

I remember reading somewhere to drill the hole, then use a vacuum at the drilled hole to suck dental floss out that you shove in the inlet hole.

Getting wire from the forward bar, through the lateral supports to the rear bar, is not an easy task, but can be done. Just know, the Rev-10 pods can be retro fitted with the old style Pro connectors, if needed. They work fine for speaker leads and a single color LED, but not the RGB LEDs.

Back when I wired my 05' ran the speaker up thru the port side front foot, out the lower tube back in the upper tube at the forward hinge point and then out the rear of the front bar. Speakers hang on rear bar and it's really only about 6" or so from where the wire exits to the speaker connection point so I did not bother cutting in the front to back oval tubes just to get the wire from the front bar to the rear bar, as MLA mentioned, it makes the job much more difficult.
I used some 10 or 12ga solid copper electrical wire I had on hand to fish the wires through, worked very well. Be sure and get nice grommets and some wire mold or wrap where your penetrations occur, makes for a very professional looking job. Good Luck!
