This might help a little. Have a bunch of extra xmas tree things cause a lot will break. Fresh ones are way better to use then half bad ones that don't hold that well.

Special tools needed to pry them out? thanks in advance and hope you are enjoying your new X
No problem. The plastic push pins are a bit cheesy, and you'll probably want to replace most/all of them. They are super cheap. Just get a bag of like 50 of them from your dealer. I didn't really start at a specific spot, but you have to remove all 4 of the hinged seats, and then all of the side panels/backrest pieces in order to access the screws that hold the cupholder/speaker panels.

you literally need to remove almost all of the interior, but it's not a hard thing to do at all. It's super easy. One thing of note- all of the panels are only fastened by push pins, except the very front piece in the bow. That backrest across the front if the bow has push pins on the bottom, but not on the top. You need to pull the bottom to release the clips, and then slide the panel up to release the top of it. You actually don't need to remove this piece, but it does make it easier to remove/install the side panels if you do.
