Xm radio antenna extension

Guys - trying to figure out easiest way to get xm radio working while boat is parked at dock with roof over it. Has anyone solved for this without major wiring changes? Ideally looking for something I can put up to repeat the signal and have the factory antenna pick it up - or find something that I can easily add and remove to existing antenna when I want.

Any ideas? Thanks. (Boat is a 2014 g23)
