Fishing speaker wire through the tower

I'm adding more tower speakers and trying to brainstorm the best way to fish the new wire through my tower. I'm installing WS Pro 60's on the outside of my Air Nautique Duals. Any thoughts? Also, what gauge wire and how much will I need?

After you drill the holes you can use a shop vac and floss to fish the wire through.

Use the vacuum to get the floss through, then double it up if needed and pull a little stronger wire through and then you can use that to pull your speaker wire.
Not sure on the size wire but I'm sure someone will chime in on that.

Use one of the existing wires to the existing speakers. I tie a wire (guide wire) to one of the existing speaker wires, and pull that existing speaker wire back out the tower. You now have a guide wire from the original speaker hole to the tower base and I use that guide wire to pull the original speaker wire back to the top plus any needed additional wire.

Thanks for the reply...That makes sense. Do you shrink wrap or tape all the wires that are exposed between the tower fold? Do you use regular speaker wire or tower speaker wire.

Did this last night; ended up attaching a small piece of steel to a thread and pulling it through with a magnet. Since the FCT was aluminum it worked very easily. Since you already have wires through I would just use those (carefull if you have sharp edges not to cut the insulation off).
Science says 18ga wire should be fine for expected watts/ohms/distance, but I used 14ga out of paranoia. There are online calculators (www.speakerwirecalculator.com/). I used a 30ft roll 14ga $12 from Lowes and had left over.

I am about to install speakers on my tower. What is done at the folding point of the tower? Just add a little extra and drill through the bottom part of the tower? Pic of possible would be great.

I tied a little baggie , then tie a little string to it, put in the hole if big enough, then suck it with the vac
