can I stream video to my display?

One of my choices as a view on my electronic dash is video. My question is related to how to get the video to the screen. Is it a bluetooth link? Is it direct wired? Cannot find information in the manual.

I was hoping to be able to set up some sort of video recorder (Ipod, iphone or go pro style camera) to record while towing and watch it in real time on the dash instead of craning my neck to look in the mirror. I know that sounds fussy but I'm really just wondering if it is possible.

Video is direct wire to a yellow rca plug I think its in the compartment that the battery switch is in. If not it is under the dash.
