Replace stock speaker tower, 230

I have a 230 with factory Polk speakers in the tower.
Was looking to replace them with HLCD speakers, looking ast the Kicker KMS67 (old 6500.2)
Anybody did this in the stock cans?
How do you like it?

I cannot speak to the fitment of the Kicker KMS67 in the OEM pods, but I can speak to the performance of the Kicker KMS67. They by far have been and still are, then best 6.5" HLCD out there. Their power handling and compression driver size is up there with some 8" HLCDs and better than others. Due to their component setup, the design and shape of the horn flare makes them very smooth. No parallel walls. Excellent near field sound quality for a 6.5" HLCD. I like to drive them in the 200W+ range.

I believe the krypt audio 6.5HLCD can drop in. May need to swap mounting holes.
