Alrighty,
I'm doing a "budget build" this year, and will post review of how it actually goes and works out.
My current setup is the stock Polk speakers, Polk sub, clarion XMD3 head unit and remote, and Clarion 280 + 480 amp...
Half of the 480 died last year, so I put in a 2x 240 amp made by Pyle for the main interior speakers.
Right now the 2 channel Clarion 280XP is connected to the tower speakers (x4), and the nose speakers (x2). I'm debating changing this around and picking up a 6 channel amp to power the sub, cabin speakers, and nose speakers, and then leave the tower on the 280 by themselves. I'll also be putting a level control on the tower speakers.
Before I take the plunge and do this, just wanted to make sure nobody screams "NOOOOOOOO!!!!!"
Thanks!
