Best place to pick up a kick on wire?

I found a switched accessory wire under the helm to use as a power on wire for the WS420 and I think it may be causing some feed back or whinning noise. Should I run a wire over to the other kick on wires at amps and should I pick up the power and grounds over at amps as well?

    Thanks again for the guidance.

Running them over to the same powersource and grounds as the amps is the best possible way to prevent interference. Same goes for the "remote turn on" , or in your description the /kick on wire.

Its rare for the turn-on circuit to induce noise, however, i'd redo it for another reason. You really need to have the EQ and amps turning on via the same source. Sounds like you are still using a traditional head unit for this. Thats what need to turn the amp and 420 on. If you are getting your EQ's B+ and B- from the helm, thats a good recipe for unwanted noise.
