I have a 2011 SANTE 210 with Polk Audio and I believe a Clarion headunit. I would like to add bluetooth capability, or I should say that my kids are bugging me to add bluetooth. As the unit is intertwined with LINC, is there a simply and INEXPENSIVE way to add bluetooth? Stopped by a local shop but lets just say I left with little confidence.

Plug RCA into stereo AUX with an adapter if needed and wire the dongle to a 12v source or put a cigarette lighter male plug on the end

JL Audio MBT-RX is relatively cheap Bluetooth unit ($40-50). In fact, I'm having one installed on my 2011 210 as I type this.2007 Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, 1995 Cobalt 200

This may help out seen it on a couple of boats dont know how it will interact with the linc system tho but looks like a solid option. http://www.jlaudio.com/mbt-rx-marine...receiver-91126

David, if you can strip wire you can add the MBT-RX. For my boat I connected the red wire of the MBT to the blue amp turn on wire off the Clarion head unit, that way when the radio turns on it fires up the module. When the radio isn't on, the MBT doesn't need to be on. Tie in the grounds together and voila. Plug the RCAs into the AUX input. You'll lose the AUX that you have today, but who cares......now you have Bluetooth. You won't be able to track forward and back from the LINC, but you can from your phone.

I run the MBT RX install is about 2 minutes. The clarity and range is awesome. It's the most cost effective solution for sure. You will lose the use of your remotes /screen regarding skipping songs and changing playlists( will have to do that on the device), but the volume will still be controlled through that.

Thanks guys. The MBT-RX arrived today and my son plans to install in the morning. Obviously the easy part is plugging into the AUX but I am a little unsure about how you power it. Did the unit come with pretty clear installation instructions?
