help with re-tuning an amp for new speakers

OK fellow Nautique enthusiats, I just got a pair of Icon 8s and want to run them off a Polk PD4000.4 amp I'm looking for the proper settings for the amp and which channels to wire the speakers to.
Speaker channels are RL +-, RR +-, FL +- and FR +-
Channel Mode can be set to "ST" or "4CH"
Freq x 10 switch can be set to HPF, Full or BPF
Then for input there is a "Front" and "Rear" section. Within each section (Front & Rear) these are the settings:
2 x-over buttons, each can be set to "Freq x 1" or "Freg x 10"
3 settings set by turning a screw in/out
LPF ranges from 50Hz to 500HZ
HPF ranges from 20Hz to 400Hz
Level ranges from 6V to 200mV

I live in an area where getting to a professional install shop is a reach so trying to get it done myself. You expertise and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply and offer. I worked with swatguy and have my equipment installed, tuned and sounding great. Haven't been able to get on the water since but won't be long. Thanks again
