So we got our linc screen replaced under warranty and it appears as though my dealer used a 2015 screen in our 2014 G21 because now my volume constantly reads "0" and I have the zone control option, but obviously it doesn't work. Before I take it back to get switched again I'm wondering if I can utilize this and just run extra RCAs to my amps or is it a totally different wiring setup??

I don't have the zone control, but had basically the same thing happen with a Linc replacement. My problem was the wrong stereo option was selected in the "Dealer Settings" screen, see if your dealer will walk you through it and check. -
Yep, you have later software with the wrong stereo configuration. I'm having a similar issue.
On my Linc Screen- there is the VIDEO TAB instead of ZONE TAB
i do have Tower and Subs from Factory
2016 G21
should I have Zone Control already and just need my settings adjusted by the dealer?
its a pain not being able to Adjust tower or Subs independently.
i don't see a Video input so it must be in wrong mode?
looks like Zone control is done through this device added to Polk head unit.- UMZC4A - plugs in to 8Pin connection

I checked my Audio wiring my boat has
2- JL amps
1- 8ch for 6 in boat Speakers and Sub wired to FRONT POLK FADER
1 - 4ch for Tower Speakers wired to REAR POLK FADER
This is pretty Lame and not a Simple fix.
You have to buy an extra Module from POLK (Nautique)
+ 2 wiring harnesses.
Pretty much needs to be bought and installed by dealer as the touchscreen need to be setup as well.

I'm pretty sure you just need to get your dealer to enable zone control for you. It's in dealer settings on Linc. They might even just give you their code.Comment
