Use #207 for Used 6" PVC Pipe

Just finished a little father-son project for the "new to us" '98 Air. We are new to this Wakeboarding thing but learning. We had some used 6" PVC lying around and some plywood to fill in the end. A little bondo and paint helped out alot.

The speakers are Sony X-plod 3 way. Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I was trying to find the model number but to no avail. The speakers came with the boat but with no documentation.

They look nice. How did you mount the bracket to the PVC? You know those would look good with Grant's carbon fiber coating. Good work and awesome father/son project.

What is "Grant's carbon fiber coating"?

I made a little router jig to machine a flat spot on top of the cans.

Go to this link and check out Grant's projects. He uses carbon fiber alot. Maybe it will inspire you into some more father/son projects.

The bracket looks strong compared to what I invisioned. Looks good.
