JieemQ, I will check if I have this ground bar this weekend.

I received the ground loop isolator today so I will try too even if it is not a sustainable solution...

Hexa73 Ran new grounds to the grounding bar and the issue remains. I'm officially stumped and contacted N3 to see what they recommend.

Tested the power into the amps and both were steady at 12V. Any other suggestion?

            Yes,

post after post in this thread and others, focusing so much attention to where the ground for the amps and head unit terminates. Yet no attention to where the audio B+ terminates. Common misconception that audio ground loop is related solely to the DC ground side.

Never heard back from nautiques4life on what correct craft's 2nd fix was.

Both were related to ground... One from Nautique headquarters was the boat ground connection, the other was running ground from head unit directly to amps. Neither worked for me

I know this is an old post but very helpful. I had the hissing at very low volumes. Grounded the head unit with the amp to the negative on the battery and its gone. It was grounded (original setup) to the back of the head unit. Thanks again. Now I just have to hope for no engine noise when I can finally get it on the water.
