i am only getting sound out of one speaker on my tower and the volume is low. I have checked the tower speaker connections and all seems fine. The volume is correct on the linc. Does anyone have any thoughts of where to start trouble shooting beyond what I have done? Thanks, Dean

A good step would be to get a 3.5 mm to RCA jack and connect it directly from your phone into the amplifier's RCA jacks. This takes the head unit and linc system out of the equation. That is a great first step to tell you which end of the system the problem is on. If that works, your problem is upstream of the amp. If that fails, your problem is somewhere between amp and speakers.

You can also invert the cables from the head unit (out) to the amp (in) at the head unit or the amp (at the head unit may be easier). If by doing this you get audio on the other speaker (with no sound) and lose the audio on the one with sound, you have a bad cable or connector from the head unit to the amp.
As mentioned on the previous reply, this will isolate one part of the system. If you still have no audio the problem is at the amp or somewhere all the way to and perhaps even including the speaker. Could be as simple as a bad connection at the amp output, a bad cable, connector at the speaker or speaker. A multimeter will help checking the wire and connectors.
