2016 SN 200 Upgrade

I am probably picking up a 2016 SN200 OB with the standard 4-speaker JL Audio package. I was wondering whether the extra 2 speakers and 10" sub option was an option the dealer can install after the fact, or does that option need to come ordered from the factory?

I can get the 10" JL Audio sub and two extra bow speakers added to my 200. Has anyone heard the stock JL stereo with upgraded 10" sub and bow speakers?
