Nothing, I like to keep things tidy and for a few bucks you can do that. I also hate cutting a wire harness. Another good reason is some of these wires are in awkward areas in which it's much easier to clip a connector together than trying to do a good crimp job.

Do you have a link to the led cup holder lights? Thanks.

Wow, those are surprisingly expensive- $21 for a cup holder?

Ha! I just got a quote for the stock rubber lined ones they use in the G's: $44! Yikes! If you have any decent kind of subwoofer, the rubber liner is almost a must. It drives me crazy hearing things rattle in the cup holders when the tunes are cranked.

The nautuqueparts.com are rubber lined, FYI, Also i had to but a bead of silicone on a few because when you pulled your drink out the holder would come out also.

A $44 cup holder!? I don't have a G and cannot picture what rubberized model you're talking about... But that's ridiculous. I couldn't even justify $12/each at NP for the stainless ones 2012 model ones. Found them on eBay for ~$4 and installed my own RGB LEDs, easily less than $10 each completed, work just fine for my poor man's boat

You sure? Do you have a link showing it? I see the lit holders for sure, but they are all plastic on the inside. In fact, they look like they're missing a rubber insert.

Positive, I just outfitted my boat with them. I can get a pic for you over the weekend. If you look close on the pics i posted already you can see the rubber flaps. Dont forget code PND for discount.

these look sweet! I am definitely adding this to my mod list for my 210! I dont have any cup holder lights currently, so I am going to locate the existing connectors over the weekend to see what I need. I may even only light up the cockpit holders and leave the ones on the bow untouched.

If this is what the existing connector is, dont you need the male connector that mates with this one?? I have seen several posts that say the connector to order is PN 1-480699-0 but this seems to be the part number of the existing connector.

                              Someone please clarify.

I have a 210 and looked this afternoon and couldnÂ’t locate one plug for the cup holder lighting. I am wondering if the prewire some are referring to is for the G series boat only???? There is definitely limited room to get under there to see. May need to try a mirror when I look again this weekend.

I definitely found connectors but they all already had other connectors plugged into them.

I was hoping this was going to be easy.
