XMD3 Problem, Error msg " System Push PWR"

when I do this it says " checking" then it resumes with the message above... It was working two days ago when I was just checking charge level on the batts.. I havent done anything to it since then...any advice?

I've looked in manual and this message is not in the troubleshooting area..
