2016 G series SIRIUS XM ?

My Boat has the Base stereo Elite>?
It does Not have the SIRIUS upgrade
What do I need to Buy - ? from Where Polk?
Where does it plug in?

any other tips or cautions?

I don't want to hijack your post, but I have a related question. I'm hearing that when you buy a boat with XM that XM doesn't give you a year free like they do with cars?? Has anyone been able to get the first year free? If so, how did you do it? I just got my boat and have yet to call. Thanks!

You a universal SAT receiver. it comes with those magnetic antennas to stick on your car, but I dont like those. I prefer a marine SAY antenna like the Shakespeare SRA-25

We use SIRIUS because on the West Coast Rivers and Lakes, DATA or even Cell Service is limited or ZERO
being stuck with the Music on someones phone is a Bummer too LOL

Does the POLK radio in the Boat have a SIRIUS Tuner or Tuner Module that plugs in?

Its SAT ready. meaning you need the receiver and antenna, then activate the account.

SAT Antenna - SRA50B - Sirius XM® satellite radio antenna

Retail delivered was about $175

ill report back when I get it and test it all out

I sw the 300 but the POLK manual said 200... can you use either? is the 300 better?

I do have a 200 that did not work in a Clarion, but the 300 came right up. I believe they are backward compatible with the new revisions, but outdated version may not work with some head units produced after.
