I just recently bought a 2014 210 with the polk head unit. I have went step by step and cant seem to get it to pair with my phone or anyone else's in the boat. Any tips?

is your phone "seeing" the BT receiver? If not, then it sounds like the BT is not working. -
No my phone doesn't see anything but other bt devices. Must be the receiver. Thanks.Comment

had this issue recently. Got my software updated and it operates different. Go to the headunit
1. press and hold menu
2. turn knob to select bluetooth setup
3. press the knob in to select
4. turn knob to select "on"
5. press knob to confim
6. press the back button (second lowest button on right side below the bluetooth logo)
7. make sure bluetooth is enabled on your phone (might need to forget some older devices on your phone) (maybe turn bluetooth off and on phone)
8. press mode button on headunit
9. press BT (same button i just referenced as back button)
10. press and hold the knob (it should beep)
11. search on your phone and you should see it
