Sound bar on towers

Has anyone ever put a sound bar, or multiple sound bar on their towers in place of cans? Currently have 4 MTX 8" head knockers on our 08 230, and thinking of going with 2 of the wetsounds stealth 6 core sounds bars. We're not super loud stereo listeners and I'm not trying to rattle anyone's teeth out of their head while they're 80' behind the boat...
