Id presume that any existing unit is a typical single DIN 2x7? If so, there are a number of options out there from Clarion, Sony, Kennwood, JVC to name a couple. Most any is going to have BT integrated and offer USB whether its front or rear. Some offer an AUX, some support wired remote, some with CD still most without. Personally, I prefer rear USB and AUX over front, on a marine head unit.
