Hey all. I have an 05 226 team. The factory amp shuts down on it's own after running for an hour or so. I touch the amp and it is very hot. Does any one else have this same issue? I am trying to figure out how to get some cool air in to the flip up area where they mounted the amp.

So all of the wiring on the amp was done at the factory? Also, do you have a picture of how it was mounted, as the direction of the cooling fins makes a huge difference.2001 Air Nautique -
If you look on Nautique's site and select the 226 and then look at the packages and then select team the amps are mounted in the exact same spot but rotated 90 degs. They run with the dack os if you sat on the floor you can read the writing on the amps correctly.
They where wired and mounted at the factory.Comment
