Tower speakers/amp problem

My 4 tower speakers are not working. Traced it to power amp. Had tech check and said amp getting power. Bought exact same stock Polk amp, which worked for a while and is out again. Tech checked again and says I have power to the amp.

Any thoughts or suggestions? Anyone else have a similar problem.

I only have one amp that runs all 4 tower speakers. Seems that cabin speakers are run off of base unit.

It's more than just the amp getting power. It has to also be getting a signal from the head unit. You need to check this. First thing to check would be the cables between the head unit and the amp. If that seems good, you'll need to figure out a way to test just the amp.

Power light on amp not on, so it seems to be a power issue. So the lines in have power, but the amp is off.

In that case, what about proper voltage on the turn-on circuit?

Tech confirmed that too. That's the blue wire I believe.

Ok, sounds like a 2nd dead amp. Now, the trick is to find the root cause of two dead amps in a short period of time in the same locations driving the same speakers.

Makes no sense. My brother is an electrician. Will get him under there next time. In the meantime, I guess I'll have to hum.
