Clarion Amp Wiring/Settings

The previous owner of my 2005 SV211 said the tower speakers were blown and needed replaced. After troubleshooting, I discovered my APX280 2-channel amp was bad and the speakers were fine. I replaced the amp (same model) and now the tower speakers work, but now the 4-channel amp (APX480) has the blue flashing light and the cabin speakers don't work. However, if I disconnect the 2-channel, the 4-channel and goes back to working. Clearly there are wires or settings crossed somewhere, but I haven't a clue where to start. Anyone encounter anything like this previously? I attached pictures of the wiring into the amps as reference. I don't have pictures of the amp settings, but can attach those this evening if helpful.

Time to do some fault isolation. What happens if you ONLY disconnect the power wire to the 2-channel amp? Does that restart the 4-channel?

Next disconnect ONE of the speaker wires heading up to the tower. Then the other. Then reconnect the first set. You need to try various things to narrow this down.

Got it, thanks for the advice! I unplugged from the 2-channel in sequence and plugged everything back in reverse order and both amps stayed on with all speakers firing. **** electronics.

What head unit do you have? Mine has a low pass filter and it somehow comes on and makes it so some of the channels won't work when on.

Beamons - It's the Clarion XMD3. I'll have to check into that because I turned on the radio last night and only the tower speakers (plugged in 2-channel) and two bow speakers (plugged directly into head unit) would work. The 4-channel was again flashing and none of it's instruments (sub and 4 main cabin speakers) were working.
The interesting thing is I got out the packet of materials given to me by the seller and the head unit manual was for the CMD4. So I'm not sure if the radio was changed out at some point or what. I was able to find the XMD3 manual online, but haven't tried adjusting the settings yet.

You sure you have the subwoofer (orange wires) in the right position? looking at the amp set up on the APX480, the wiring looks funny. granted, its been a while since i looked one. I have hit the fault blue light you are describing when running a 2 ohm load on the sub channel. due to how the amp is bridged, the APX480 is ONLY 4 ohms and up stable on the sub channel.

No, I'm not sure. It's how it was wired when I bought it. At that time it worked fine along with the cabin speakers. The APX280 did not, so I replaced it. Now I have the reverse problem. Admittedly, I know nothing about Amp and sub stereo systems.
Below are the pics of the settings on both amps. Hopefully it's as simple as the wrong setting.
Beacons - Your tip about the low pass filter fixed the flashing light on the Amp, but no audio is coming from the cabin speakers. I can hear the sub though.
