2001 SAN 210 Stereo Upgrade

Looking to complete a few projects before next season. First being to upgrade the stock stereo in my 2001 SAN. Would like to get a Bluetooth stereo and integrate the entire system. Currently I have 2 amps with 4 interior speakers, 2 tower speakers, and a sub mounted on the walk through. I am good at low voltage but not sure of the systems that are out there and how to provide optimal control over the audio.

Ive had good success with the Clarion M505 head unit, especially if you current unit is under the armrest.
