If it has an XMD then yes, but it will require a faceplate to cover your old mounting screws on the side.

I've got the m5475 in the boat that came with it. Will i have to trim the hole out for the cmd 4 to fit after i remove the water cover and old head unit. Or will the cmd not work at all. Any suggestions on other head units with aux inputs.

Why not go with the Clarion M455? It has the same functionality of the CMD4, but is a direct replacement for the 5475 and is $150 cheaper.

M455 seems to make more sense to me too, I don't see any advantage of the oversized CD door.

If you have to do significant adjusting of the controls, I would go with the CMD4 just for the nice controls and such. Its a pain to adjust treble/bass etc. on the m455....although its a nice stereo overall.
