Time to upgrade the head unit....

We have a 15 G23 with the Polk junk in it... Ive changed all the in boats and towers to JL stuff and changed Sub to a Treo. It does have the factory zone control and dash tweeters. I'm thinking I could get a little better sound quality out of something else...Any ideas that I wouldnt have to cut big holes in transom or dash that would be better?

Well you could always go to the JL head unit Nautique is installing in the 2018s. If you want it to talk to the LINC, that might be a problem. I understand the LINC in a 2017 can be flashed to talk to the JL head unit, but details are sketchy. I don't know of anyone that's done this on a 2015.

What are you powering the interior JL with? Hopefully you changed the factory amp out there also. Put my 18 G jl interiors on a Ws sd6 and couldn’t be happier for now at least. Plenty of power but I have rev10s on tower so more then ample sound to go around.

In boats are on a JL M600/6 Towers are on JL HD 600/4 per side..
