    Adding speakers to GS20

I am looking to pick up a new GS20, probably this week. However, the boat does not have the upgraded stereo with the bow speakers and subwoofer. I would like to add these. It does have 1 set of tower speakers. What will I need to buy in addition to the speakers? What sub is mounted under the observer seat? Is it enclosed? What amp would be needed? What all is entailed with mounting speakers up in the bow?
    Thanks for any info

Here is a question im not sure of. If the boat only has the base level 2 pair in-boats, is there an amp and if so, what model is it? You may need an amp just to add the bow speakers. May need an to add the woofer.

I dont thing the G20 woofer is enclosed, I think its infinite-baffle like the 23 and 25. In that case, Id go with the Wet Sounds Revo series 10 or 12 FA, JL IB 10 or 12 or the new to the scene Kicker 10 or 12 FA woofers. All are quality, well built true marine woofers that are designed for the infinite-baffle configuration.

Choose the woofer first, then make the amp selection next, based on whats currently in the boat.

I honestly would like to match the JL stuff offered from the factory. The boat has the MX series stuff, and the Elite tower prep/speakers, just not the Premier stuff (extra bow speakers, sub, and 6 channel amp). So I guess I would get the JL IB sub if is indeed unenclosed.

How about the bow speakers and mounting through the pads?
