2015 G25 Linc stereo controls not working

When on Bluetooth I can only control volume and songs from the phone, glove box head unit, and rear deck remote. Cannot adjust volume or change song from captain's chair. Press the buttons and nothing happens.

    Any thoughts or ideas?

    Thanks!

Ok here is what u have to do to reset the unit. In the head unit in the glove box. Hold settings for 2 sec to get into menu, go to diagnosis where u can view version info... at the point hold play/pause for 2 secs. It will ask to confirm reset.

    Happy day

That is if you have a JL head unit. For the Polk I am not sure and suggest calling Polk

          Try this
Clear Bluetooth from phone and forget device .
          Turn batteries off on boat
          Wait 10 seconds
          Turn batteries back on
          Repair phone with boat

Yep. I had a problem with random Bluetooth disconnections between my Polk and my iPhone. When I finally went into the BT Menu on the Polk, I saw my phone listed in there twice with the same name. I upgraded phones over the winter and it saw it as a new phone, but with the same name. I deleted both of them and repaired. So far, so good...

So we went out yesterday and ran with Bluetooth music for about 4 hours. No problems at all. First time this season we've been out that long without a single Bluetooth connection loss. I'm pretty sure having my phone show up twice in the BT list of devices was causing the problem. Note that you cannot see this from the LINC display. You must go to the headunit itself and scroll through the setup options there.

Good to know, I did phone upgrade over the winter too. I will go in Polk head unit and delete both phones then set up my current phone as a new Bluetooth device
