2017 G23 JL Audio transom control or other options?

I have a 2017 G23 with JL audio system. I would like either a transom control or a remote control to be able to FF tracks and adjust volume when anchored and swimming around the boat. I'm only aware of paying the dealer to install the factory transom remote. Any other options/suggestions?

You could DIY the transom remote. At some point, you're going to be standing there holding a drill, looking at your boat and wondering how lucky you feel...

Only if the boat was optioned with Nautique Surf Select.
