06 SV211 Tower lights not working

I just bought an 06 SV211 TE and cannot figure out how to turn on the tower light. I have checked all breakers. Traced the wire down to the panel and no fuse. The tower light wire is ran with the nav light and has a coupler under the dash. Volt meter has 12 to nav light but nothing to tower lights. Should they come on with the �Long Press� on the courtesy light switch on console? New to the forum but have been following and there seems to be tons of knowledge on here.

Mine has a separate switch for the lights. Is it possible that it is burned out?
