    LED speaker lights

What the best way to wire the LED speaker lights? Should I just hook up to courtesy lights? I'm not looking to add the controller. Single color is ok

The boat is 2013 230. Thanks!

Most boats come with white courtesy lights and most owners go with an LED accent color thats not white. IMO, I would prefer to have the LEDs on when I want mood lighting and the courtesy lights on when I want to see around the boat.

You make good point. Going the lazy route for now unless it is problematic

What options do you currently have? ...or not have? Overhead? Docking? Underwater? ...if you have any unused I'd connect to one of them allowing them to operate independently from other existing lights to give you greater control

Makes sense. I plan on adding the overhead. I think wiring into the underwater lights is ticket.

LEDs themselves do not cause interference. Driver circuits that drive them do. LEDs more often than not are driven using the constant current method and dimmed via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The square waveform that this implies easily means trouble if the driver is not designed properly. The typical cheap switch-mode power supply can also cause interference from its first stage even if it is a fixed output type due to the circuitry used to convert the 50/60Hz mains to (sort of) constant output.
I go to this site and buy a moon lamp. I used this lamp my feedback is this is the best lamp.

Your boat has down light wires in the tower . There is a wire diagram listed in the manual section of this form. I wired my 2018 wet sound speaker rings to the down light wire in the tower and used the plug that sits at the bottom of the tower. Very easy install. I did it that way so i can just light them up with out courtesy lights being on. My next phase is to change out the courtesy lights to match the red light rings .
