'16 G23 Tower Speaker Wires

We have a '16 G23 with the studio elite package and one set of JL 8.8's. I want to add a second pari.

It looks like both pair of tower speaker wires run to the factory patch panel on the amp board, but only the one pair runs to the amp from behind the board. Is there wiring for a second pair of tower speakers somewhere behind the amp board that can just be hooked up to the amp, or do you need to run new wiring from the amp to the patch panel?
