Polk audio/Linc connection

I have a 2015 230. I can control stereo from Polk head in glove box but not on linc control center. I can’t even get the stereo option to power on. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hard to say just on that but I'm wondering if the headunit is setup correctly in the Dealer Menu. You'll need to get your dealer involved and have them check that.

make sure the remote lines are plugged in to the unit

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I cannot control the polk system with the linc system. Cables are good and firmware is updated.
