2008 SANTE 220 stereo

I just purchased a 2008 SANTE 220. It has 4 memphis cans on the tower, all Memphis speakers in the boat as well as the sub and 2 amps. It has a Kenwood KMR-M312 BT Head Unit and Kenwood remote. The books show it had clarion. Guessing this was all changed out? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That’s was all swapped out. Polk MMC 650’s were the factory speakers , sub. , and tower cans. The factory tower cans were oval 6x9 polks. Head unit was clarion CMD 5

The only major downside to the Kenwood unit is pairing takes forever upon start up for the Bluetooth.

Thank you! I like the head unit and remote, about to add remote on transom as well. The rest is a work in progress, sounds like two of the tower speakers are blown, at least they have a lot of static. The sub pops, so pretty sure its blown. It is in the i guess factory plastic looking box under the dash. I may change that as well. dont see how that could sound very good.
