    2005 SAN Tower Wiring

Does anyone know what this bundle of wires was intended for?

I need to remove the starboard side tower "feet" to have a crack in the base repaired. My two tower speaker wires are are pulled through the port side. The starboard side has my anchor light pulled, but it also has this bundle of unused wires. I'm the third owner, so maybe someone had a light bar at one point? I'm planning just to remove them all to ease the pain of re-routing them, but I was curious about why they were there in the first place.

I would try and follow them back to the source since you know what tower side they go down. That would give you a better idea of you need to keep them or not, but yes I’d bet PO had some kind of lights or maybe lights on the tower speakers.

I replaced my original speakers on the 03 210 last year. I had the same wires and they were connect to 4 speakers and 3 spot lights. After putting in new speakers (2) and removing lights.....a similar group of wires was left and I no longer had them connected under counsel. I left them in case something might be added in the future.

      Just a thought and possibility
