I’m upgrading the factory Clarion to an Exile media center so I’ve been playing around with 3D printing the mounting plate. The biggest challenge is getting it to match the original chrome look. I sanded it down and sprayed with primer / filler to prep for the chrome paint. Next step will be to wet sand then polish and hopefully that will give the desired finish. If that doesn’t work I’ll order some chrome vinyl wrap.

Send me a PM with your email ill gladly send the files over. I might do a revision that will add a holder for my Iphone with either a spot for a USB outlet or a wireless charger.
