Bluetooth Pairing on Linc

My Iphone X pair with Linc but doesn't show up in the menu on Linc and won't show any of the music info. I can control volume and skip songs though.
My wifes Iphone 8 works no problem, showing up as a paired item on Linc and shows music info.
I've disconnected mine and erased info on my Iphone X - reconnected but same issue.

Any thoughts.

The phone connects to the stereo, not LINC, so I am moving this to the Stereo forum.

Correct. When you pair a phone for audio, you're really pairing it with the stereo headunit. The LINC is simply acting as a remote to the headunit.

If you're having trouble, pair it from the headunit. Or go into the Bluetooth devices in the headunit and delete all known devices and start over. I've done that fix several times.
