2014 Sport Nautique 200 AUX not working

Hey guys,

We’ve been having in issue with our Sport Nautique where the aux Jack isn’t picking up any phone or input, was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and if there is any specific place to look to fix it. Was thinking maybe a fuse?

What radio do you have? My clarion cms in my 14 sport stopped working also. I’m installing a new head unit this weekend.
