I have an 07 SANTE 220 and was looking at possibly adding an additional subwoofer behind my driver seat. There is the fiberglass panel there that the trash bin sits inside and was contemplating cutting in a sub there. Has anyone done this in the past? I would re-enforce the back side of the fiberglass with some 3/4 plywood to support the sub. I am pretty sure it would fit there and would not take up any storage space elsewhere which is my attraction to it. I’m just concerned with the fiberglass being strong enough there to support it. Any tips on what you guys think is greatly appreciated.
