Underwater Lights

So I am considering an install of underwater lights into my 2020 G23 and wanted to ask if anyone has done an aftermarket install while tapping into the existing wiring diagram / lighting control. I have the lighting diagram and it shows where the left and right underwater lights would receive power / ground. I also found that wiring zip tied in the boat since I didn't have underwater lights installed from the factory. I think this should be as easy as wiring them into the harness then going into the link display dealer settings to tell the boat that underwater lights are installed. Has anyone else done this?

If all else fails I will change the dealer settings on the link and measure voltage output through the wires with my multi-meter to confirm if it works, but figured asking may be easier.

I do that every year on my G23. I use Roswell NightWave lights, and they always turn out great.

I can’t say for certain, but if they were then it would be a set of wires on each side of the engine against the transom wall with butt splice connectors (according to the wiring diagram). I do think they should be though

Jeff, on my 2020 G21 ... will there be two sets (one on each side of transom) of 3 wires (pos/neg/switch)? I’m considering adding the Lumitec X2’s and am hoping for seamless integration, using the built in on/off in the LINC Panoray to control the Lumitec TTP functions.

Shadow Caster are great lights. Have a shop make up an aluminum bar in that attached to the swim platform brackets. I have done this for many years and have 3 lights in it. Gives a bit more light off, and allows you the ability to remove if you want, and not have to drill more holes in the boat. (just one for the wires)
