02 SANTE. Docking lights not working

Hey all. Just got the boat and the docking lights in the bow are non operational. No power to the fixtures no matter what i try. I have did the press and hold courtesy light and nada. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.. i don't know.

its a long press if you have the old blakc soft button, IIRC. first press does courtesy, second does dockign lights. Should have two LEDs on the button, one for the courtesy lights first on the left, then docking lights on the right hand side of the button. Make both are illuminated before looking for 12v at the fixtures
