2013 G23 Functional Upgrades - Looking for advice!
I added it after the fact because there are no hand-holds to get back aboard. People with short arms have a hard time reaching the center grab handle. There are no ill effects observed from its presence.
Don't have them. Never thought of them.
My boat came with them, but we don't use them. Port and starboard don't open to the same height. The surf pockets on the bimini are better for us.
I'm about to install a heater. There's nothing else I feel my boat needs. Your mileage may vary.
One more question Smindustries, I just realised that you mentioned you added the ladder as it didnt come on your boat either. Does it come with all hardware needed for mounting? How did you get measurements of where to mount it exactly?

Thanks!
I bought the ladder from Amazon. At the time it was a good bit cheaper than buying it through a Nautique dealer. Like 30% cheaper. It's the same Garelick ladder:
I can't recall where I got the hardware, but I used stainless bolts after drilling and tapping holes in the two support rails embedded in the underside of the swim platform. Placement is pretty self-explanatory. Once you set the ladder against the swim platform it'll make sense.
