Where is your breaker panel? Mine is mounted to my kick panel and has a cutout for access from the face of the kick panel.
As for a speaker for the driver, the best I could engineer is a small speaker pod on the floor by where the kick panel / gunwale/ floor meet. I made a pod using wood rings. Then I cut it to an angle that points towards the driver. Wih carpet wrapped around, it fits nicely in the corner and is out of the way for the most part. I was not cutting the dash or pod by the throttle. I dont have a pic of it at the moment.

My breaker I believe was relocated by the people that did the audio I assume? They’re mounted underneath the helm. If you lay down with your head up against the kick panel, the rats nest of wiring is directly above you.
My amp rack is attached to the tower leg bolts at the top of the rack and to my vent hump at the bottom of the rack. I also cut and measured 10 times so the notch would fit tightly around the vent hump.
For what it's worth, I would clean up that wiring you just posted. Yikes. Lots of butt splices and hacky looking wiring. Nothing is heat shrinked and it looks like someone tapped power here and there to just get it done.
Lol! Yea I’m going to pull a new main and redo all of that. Some of the transducers and stuff I won’t have a choice but to splice but I’ll use heat shrink splices.
The look of that speaker is super clean. Honesty it looks like it’s just sitting there from the pic you can’t even tell.
My boat doesn’t have heat so it frees up space for me... I may just mount it in the kick panel, especially if there is already a hole there like mentioned above.
Crazy how different all of these boats are from the same years/models
Core-rider you’re a legend for cutting up your boat as much as you have. I’m too chicken for it. You also have the skill to backup the repair it looks like. I’m a mechanic but haven’t done fiberglass so a bit concerned to try on my boat!
Budget/wants/needs are middle of the road. We never listen to music at 100% as we’ve got a 1yr old who loves the boat so she’s always with us. So I don’t feel I need wetsounds speakers as they don’t outperform IMO until higher volumes.
I think I may steal that panel idea for mounting all amps in one place. Plus pre-fab will save install time forsure.
core-rider , how much distance between carpet gunnels and side of boat? Don’t wanna send a screw into the glass on the tub, but obviously have to attach the board to the gunnel.

My amp rack is mounted to the factory amp board and another amp board I put in with a previous stereo upgrade using screws. They are held on to the hull with Liquid Nails. I used 3/4” MDF covered in carpet for those previous amp boards so a 1” screw is adequate without punching through the hull. You’ll have to cut back the carpet in order to have a clean place to glue the boards to the hull. I think the thread I posted above shows some of that when I installed the board for the on-board charger.
I like the idea of making spacers off the haul for mounting both my amps to a board in there. But the drain is right in the way

I kept mine functional just because the hole will be in the side of the hull regardless, so it may as well work. I didn't want to go through all the trouble to patch the hole and gelcoat it. Being a black hull it would have been TONS of work to get right. That's why I just made a cutout for the drain in the amp rack. It takes away some space and makes it a bit more difficult, but everything still functions.
Well, I finally got around to installing everything. Still have some things to finalize for my own liking, but I love how everything turned out and it sounds super good.
Should have gotten more pictures. Now I just have to build a box for my sub and slam it in! I’m going to remake the mounting plate for the equalizer as well because it didn’t turn out perfect.
