So after getting our boat in the water this weekend for the first time this season, I had a problem with our audio system. After the first 20 minutes on the water, the system stopped playing Pandora via Bluetooth from my 1Phone 11 Pro. I was unable to restart it (even though it was showing it as being connected), nor could I play any audio from the USB port, FM radio, or any other input source. The volume on the screen showed as “0”, and I was unable to raise it with the touchscreen or the helm command knob. Shuttling down the boat entirely ad restarting everything did not solve it, and when I called my local dealer they didn’t have any suggestions other than it may need a software update.
Has anyone experienced this or do you have a solution that I can try before I have to drag it back the Dealer to have them fix it?
