Jl audio volume Bluetooth

When I play Apple Music or anything else from my phone over Bluetooth the volume is less than half as loud as satellite radio. I have a 2020 g23

make sure your phone volume is on max. you may also be able to go through the source unit settings and increase the sensitivity (volume) of the bluetooth source and decrease the SXM source. make sure you do not have a volume limit set through the phone to limit headphone output too, that's tripped up a few people

did you figure out the problem? mine is doing the same thing.

when that happens, it also will not detect my phone when plugged into the usb port.

Yes I did figure mine out. The volume on my phone has to be the very minimum. The louder my phone is the lower the boat volume is. Very strange it's reversed but it is.
