Help - Interior speakers and sub not working

So I got our 2013 SAN out of storage and attempted to swap our blown sub, Polk MM1040 4ohm, to a Wet Sounds FA 4 ohm. I thought it would be a simple plug and play but now the interior speakers also do not work. I attempted to put the old sub back in just to test and still no sound. Nothing was adjusted or changed from last season, and I cannot say for certain they were working this season.

Any thoughts on what to check?

Check the fade and balance in the head unit menu. Amp is powered up in normal mode, as if its working, or trying to work, normally. You could use an RCA x whatever plugs into your phone, and send audio direct to the amp.

Verified its even powering on?

Was able to get sound out of the RCAs at the bottom of the amp, but not the top two. It sounds weaker, but alteast I have all the speakers working at this time.
