Audio issues

I have the Polk PA4A and it started acting up. Worked most of the day and then by the afternoon started shutting off, I’d turn it back on, it’d play for a little and repeat cycle then eventually just not turn on. Helm Screen would say “turning on…”. I ordered the equivalent of the new PA4A to swap it out thinking it would solve the problem. Now when I power up the glove compartment screen doesn’t turn on, even when I press the power button and the helm screen just says “please wait…”. Everything was wired the same as before. Fuses are fine. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you have a transom remote, start by disconnecting it.

Next, going to need a volt meter to test the units constant B+ and ground, if applicable, and switched B+ and ground.
