          clubmyke, we ordered the boat with the cooler door (just so we can return it to standard if needed) so i just traced the shapes and got out the old power saw and router. the raised lettering is a old trick, just stuck a clarion sticker onto some hard foam, then used a knife a cut the letters out. Sprayed the boat board with contact cement stuck the foam letters on and trimmed the whole lot with vinyl using a heat gun.

          Yeah blue leds would make the package, might have to source some.

          The door is only really a cover for trips away as the whole lot is completly waterproof.

              i would say only around 50kgs extra, the plastic boxes are light untill the 15 gets thrown in them
