Bluetooth disconnects every time i stop the engine

2020 Nautique G23, every time I stop the engine after a session and then start it again for the next rider the Iphone is disconnected from the boat and I need to reconnect the bluetooth connection. Anyone has the some problem or knows how to fix it?

That's pretty weird. That should be the JL Audio MM100s head unit. And technically, your IPhone connects to the headunit, not the boat.

So after you restart the boat, look through the setting on the headunit and see if your iphone is listed in the connected devices. If not, it sounds like it's losing that connection every time it powers off. That would be a problem with the headunit.

yeah, thats not normal. we are assuming you are not powering everything down when shutting the engine off.

I know it is a new boat, but check the batteries. Specifically the voltage across the head unit power and ground when the engine is off.
